One of my on-going research projects is Passover Cake Bakers of the United Kingdom 1700-1945.  They were otherwise known as Matzoh ( or Matzo or Matza or Matzah) Bakers.

I have compiled a list of some of the Passover Cake Bakers that I have come across during my research.

I have written an article about Passover Cake Bakers which is scheduled to be published in the March 2004 edition of Shemot (the journal of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Great Britain).
